  • Serviced May 2026: Removed/washed/inspected the bearings and races. The outside pair on the rear axle were replaced. All others are in good condition. All installed with, new spindle nut fresh grease and new seals. All four brake assemblies were replaced and wired. Hubs were painted and tires mounted. All aired to 75 psi.  All four dust caps and plugs were replaced. Next, we straightened the rear gates and fabricated hold backs for the doors. We repaired a hole in the deck and straightened a portion of the right side. We installed a new bolt/nut in the adjustable-height coupler. We inspected lights and replaced the plug end; fixed any lights that were not working. We replaced the pin/cable on the break-away. We mounted a new tarp kit. We fabricated a new spare mount and mounted a new spare wheel/tire. We inspected the pump and fluids; the battery was charged. Lastly, we greased the jack, cylinder and all hinges. The trailer is ready to go!
