Extras

  • Serviced Sept 2026: Removed/washed/inspected the bearings and races. All were in good condition and were re-installed with fresh grease and new seals. Next installed all new brake assemblies. We painted the hubs and inspected the tires. We moved the new spare down and swapped with the left/front (tire was starting to cup from washboards). Tread remaining on front right is 8/32, rear/left 6/32 and rear/right 6/32. All are 14 plys. We mounted the tires and torqued the nuts to spec. All four rubber dust caps were replaced. Next, we inspected the lights. All work. We checked gates and rollers, greased hinges and jack. We installed a snapper pin in the jack so the foot cannot work its way down while in transport. Finally we checked set screws, chains and coupler. Trailer is ready to go!
